As a member of Kidder Mathews’ Tenant Advisory Group, Ben works on behalf of office tenants exclusively and is passionate about helping companies make excellent real estate decisions.
Ben works with a wide range of organizations—including tech companies, professional service firms, healthcare providers, and nonprofits—guiding them through every stage of the leasing process.
In the post-2020 workplace environment, Ben has been a trusted advisor to leadership teams navigating evolving office needs, hybrid work considerations, and the pursuit of high-quality, flexible, and efficient workspace solutions.
A lifelong Seattle-area resident and University of Washington graduate, Ben brings deep regional knowledge and a strong network of local relationships to his clients. He’s an ardent fan of the City of Seattle and is committed to its growth and vibrancy.
Since 2011, he has served on the Board of Directors of First Tee of Greater Seattle, including as its President, supporting its mission of building character and life skills in youth through the game of golf.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys golf, fitness, skiing, boating, travel, and exploring Seattle’s restaurant scene. He lives in Seattle with his wife, Alyssa Toomey—a commercial insurance broker—sharing a dedication to clear communication, high-integrity representation, and delivering outstanding results for clients.
